Talk about paradise. As an alternative to cruising, the all-inclusive resorts really simplify your get-away. You can enjoy watersports or just relax while all your food and drink needs are taken care of. This is also a wonderful cure for the pressures of everyday life.
On the famed 7 mile beach the water is so calm. Maybe that's why the pirates found the west end of Jamaica a haven for anchoring their ships.

Just plain nice! If you feel ambitious this boat will take you out for a scubadiving or snorkeling experience. The resort also supplies personal size catamarans, kayaks and paddleboats for the guests.
Plenty of relaxation. Plan on taking along those bestsellers that you never have time to read. Also, be careful not to fall asleep under the Jamaican sun, it does get hot.
Now this is the spot to get out of the mid-day sun and relax at the bar where you can listen to Caribbean music all afternoon and into the evening.
The sunsets on the west end of Jamaica are very beautiful. This is a great spot to have a drink and watch the ocean. Keep your camera ready for that perfect keepsake photo.
Whether on a cruise ship or at a resort, a balcony view of the ocean is worth the price. Treat yourself! You'll be glad you did.
Beach bars and beach dining are part of the experience. The colorful tiles on this bar draw your eyes right on out to sea. This is an early morning picture because later in the day the chairs are not empty.
A very tropical setting to mingle with old friends or meet new ones. Every morning the staff rakes all the sand on the beach and lines up the lounge chairs. The resort is very comfortable.
But if you're looking for solitude, you can also find your own palapa and read a good book.
A good day! If the day is a little stormy, "no problem mon" it just makes for a more interesting sunset.
