WELCOME
Heading out for a day at the beach.
Princess has a very efficient process for loading the tender boats. Everything went smoothly with no long lines or hassle.
Princess Cays, Bahamas
Churning up that salt water.
The water was very calm that day.
The back hatch of the tender boat was open, so we were able to take some nice pictures of the ship.
The Caribbean Princess is a fantastic ship, 952 feet long and 113,000 tons. It has nearly 900 cabins with balconies, 4 swimming pools, a 300 square foot "Movies under the stars" outdoor movie screen with fresh popcorn and refreshments for everyone. Nightly entertainment and a variety of restaurants and lounges provide enjoyment for the passengers.
There are many more amenities to keep things lively.
They had a very nice docking area.
These tender boats can hold up to 150 persons.
Palm trees everywhere and a lot of sun.
Destinations:
Mexico
Mexican Riviera
Since we were on one of the first tender boats, most of the people had not arrived yet to enjoy the beach. The high temperature for the day was only 82 degrees F.
This was one good band. They played great Caribbean music.
It was a gorgeous day for some swimming and relaxing on the beach, doing a little shopping, and taking some pictures.
Things to take along on a cruise
